Text Box: AC Beverage has designed a unique harness system which is capable of cleaning multiple lines at once without concern for the different types of key couplers.  Determine how many lines you need to clean at once and AC Beverage will design a harness for you. Text Box: The Cleaning Pump designed by AC Beverage is light weight, quiet and easy to handle.  Circulates at a flow of 3.3 gpm at a maximum pressure rating of 45 psi.  Pressure and volume are easily adjustable.                                                                                                         

Text Box: AC Beverage has found that the proper cleaning solution is as important as the cleaning equipment. The chemicals which are used are very important to insure that the draft beer lines are clean. Research has shown that 100% NaOH  (Caustic Soda) is the most effective alkali cleaner for draft beer lines.  Less effective cleaners are 100% KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) or are a 50/50 blend of NaOH and KOH.  The 100% NaOH cleaning solution breaks through into the soil build-up, keeps the loosened soils suspended in the solution, preventing them from redepositing on the cleaned surfacthen assists in flushing them out of the system.  AC Beverage is a stocking distributor of DraftLine Beer Cleaner which is 100% NaOH  (Caustic Soda) .  This product is separated  from other less effective 100% KOH and 50/50 blends which require more solution to properly remove all debris from a draft beer line.  AC Beverage cleans over 35,000 lines a month and can't afford to use the wrong solution.
